Afterwards, Progalvano proceeded to specialize in the manufacture of plating barrels and plating equipment. Today, after having developed a global expansion, Progalvano has achieved vast experience in all aspects of plating barrels manufacture, becoming the European leading producer of plating equipments.

TECHNOLOGY

Progalvano is development-oriented, indeed our strategy is expressed by the effort of increasing research and development activities in order to streamline our plating barrels. With exception of the electrical parts, our company carries out all the functions and industrial processes which are necessary for the creation of a plating barrel. Our products are particularly indicated for two main kinds of electroplating supply and treatments: zinc plating and nickel plating.

MATERIALS AND PROCESSES. As for the raw materials used to manufacture our plating barrels and electroplating equipment Progalvano chose plastics and metals of superior quality, such as: PVDF; Polypropylene (PP); polyethylene (PE); Teflon; Polymers-compounds of Teflon and carbon fibres; electrolytic quality copper (99,9% Cu Etp); Stainless steel AISI 304/316. Among various industrial processes, the creation of our barrels and plating supply needs:
