Rotor Automatic Opening

Today's electroplating industries require standards of production which are higher and higher. Moreover ther's a great need of increasing productivity and holding down costs. Progalvano responds to these needs by proposing a robot for the opening/closing structure of the barrels. According to the type of use made by the barrels, we offer you three kinds of opening/closing devices:

• Plating barrels with an automatic closing clip in PVDF (the most used, for standard prductions)
• Plating barrels with a self-locking device (specific for high temperatures and heavy loads)
• Plating barrels having an automatic closing clip with opposing arms (only available for large barrels)
